Aviv, which started as a logistic company, now control a large sales department selling flowers,  herbs and exotic fruit all over Western Europe , Russia and Canada.

In the Israeli cut flower industry, Aviv is a major force that promotes innovation and introduction of new products.

Through its Introduction greenhouse that is open to breeders, seed companies and others to present their new varieties to the local growers , Aviv promotes up-to-date product lines with the newest varieties in the market

Aviv took the lead in innovation and started a new initiative two years ago. " The Israeli convention for Innovation and Niche products" , An event that brought together Suppliers from all over the world side by side with the buyers , breeders , consultants ; research and government officials. All working together with the growers to promote innovation.

This concept allowed the Israeli growers a "One stop shop" approach to introducing new crops

The AVIV Corporation is also deeply involved in the development of innovative fruit and vegetable varieties. AVIV cooperates with a grower in the Arava region (southern Israel) who cultivates hundreds of varieties of tomatoes, eggplants, and other products, thoroughly comparing each variety to those already available in order to discover valuable market niches for these new products.
